Belfast Bridge and Restoration steps right up with our desire to be at the forefront of maintaining our earth. With many waterway crossings comes some degree of waterway preservation and restoration. Our management has restored miles of streams to current United States Army Corps of Engineers standards and has staff certified by USACE in quality control to enable us to handle any project.
We have experience installing mulch roads in sensitive environments using low ground pressure equipment, armoring stream bottoms, installing water flow controls, building step pools and plunge pools, coordinating the removal of invasive species and replacing with native species of plant life, removal of obstacles in the waterway, pump-arounds and hydraulic management for construction, slope stabilization, and BMP’s for proper environmental restoration. Our personnel are certified with MDE Green Cards, SHA Yellow Cards and Virginia Certified Land Disturbers, making us fully qualified to work in the mid-Atlantic region.
